Rural house el Jardin Encantau is the ideal house if what you are looking for a trip that you can do with children, a trip alone, with friends or as a couple. It is a very cozy house, in a quiet place and with a private estate of 1700 m2.
It´s located in the municipality of Llanes in the town of Villahormes, a place surrounded by nature and 1 km from spectacular beaches such as San Antolín de Bedón, Gulpiyuri declared a natural monument, Torimbia beach one of the most spectacular of the beaches of Llanes, very close to the road that goes to Picos de Europa and 10 km from Llanes and 15 km from Ribadesella.
Located in a perfect place for those who want to practice sports such as hiking, cycling routes or simply strolling along the beach.
Description
The house has the advantage of being all on one floor.
It has a covered porch and a terrace and solarium area.
It has a living room with direct access to the garden and low fire, the fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and ceramic hob.
The principal bedroom consists of a 1.50 m double bed with bath and hydromassage shower. There are two other bedrooms both with double bed. There is another bathroom with shower that serves these two bedrooms.
It has an extensive garden, fully fenced, cared for by a gardener throughout the year. A magnificent porch with complete furniture to enjoy outdoor breakfasts, lunches, dinners and gatherings.
