The rural house «Coto Blanco» is a full rental house with 2 bedrooms in the ground floor and another 2 in the first floor. It has big window walls that makes the accommodation bright ang gives us great views of the outside. 

Surrounded by a fully closed garden that gives the guests full privacy. The garden has the best outside forniture, creating relaxing areas where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts, lunches, dinners or any type of social gatherings outside.

The garden has a climatized swimming pool with hammocks perfect for sunbathing.

The house has free Wi-Fi service and automatic watering.

Maximum capacity of 6+1 people.

In the ground floor:

•  Large living room with dinning area and fireplace. The window walls can be openned giving us access to the garden.
• 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, private bathrooms, TV and direct access to the garden. The first bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 double beds.
• Full equipped kitchen, with access to the garden and views of the swimming pool.
• Laundry room. 

•  1 Double bedroom with dresser room, private bathroom and TV.
• 1 Bedroom with single bed perfect for childrens.
• Child safety berrier on top of the stairs. 

• Swimming pool area: climatized swimming pool (cliamtizable from June to September) with hammocks, pool inflatables and wooden chairs and table.
• Terrace area: connected to the house through the big window walls. It has a dinning table and armchairs as well as 2 motorized awnings, waterproof and with solar filter.
• Garden area: wooden hammocks, dinning table with PVC ceiling, BBQ.
• Outdoor garage and parking outside of the house.
