In La Pereda, only 4km away from Llanes, we find this asturian house recently restored. Its priviledged location gives us the option of choosing between the beach and the mountains.
For the lovers of the mountains and the coast, Llanes has more than 30 beaches and is located at the bottom of «Sierra del Cuera».
«La Casa Azul» is a fully equipped house, having all the facilities, both outside and inside. It is laid out in 2 floors, with a large and bright living-dinning room, a independent kitchen, 1 bathroom and a wardrobe room in the ground floor.
In the first floor there are 4 bedrooms; 2 of them double, 1 with a private bathroom, another with 2 individual beds and the last one with a sofa bed and a bathroom.
Outside there is a cute garden with a solarium area, where you can relax due to the calm of the place. You will find aswell wonderful views of the «Sierra del Cuera».
